Must Know
You need to be fit enough to walk approximately 500 meters on snow and ice and to stand up for approximately one hour.
Pre Purchase
Make sure you dress accordingly (warm clothes are recommended)
Bring sunglasses, food, plenty of water, and for kids under 3 years, a baby carrier
Usage
Show your smartphone voucher to the bus driver at the Shuttle Bus Departure Point (departure point coordinates N64 41.950 W20 52.118)
Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booked departure time! The driver can't wait for latecomers.
Post Purchase
The ice tunnel is well-lit, no need to bring a flashlight
There is a dry toilet at the base camp that you should use before departure
