You will discover the history, science, and secrets of vermouth while tasting its different varieties. An exciting and entertaining journey during which you will taste six different vermouths, learn about their differences and nuances, and finally... You will create your own vermouth recipe using the base ingredients and a wide and inspiring range of botanics. Finally, you will fill a 250-cc bottle with your own personal vermouth!
