Highlights

The Pum Thai Restaurant & Cooking School is set within a bright orange-colored theme shophouse and operates as a restaurant, bar, and cooking school. The open area on one side is used as a dining space and there is a large, open kitchen that is used for restaurant cooking and for cooking classes. Major dishes are based on traditional Thai cuisine which is adapted for modern taste and is cooked with fresh and natural ingredients. Students get to walk around the local food market, learn a little about the history of the dishes, and learn how to massage a chicken.
• Discover all the secrets to cooking delicious and authentic Thai food with this fun cooking class and learn how to make Thai 5 dishes from a local Thai chef.
• Explore a local market to shop for fresh ingredients with your class and your friendly, professional instructors.

Itinerary

  • Pum Thai Restaurant & Cooking School - Patong

    Arrive at Pum Thai Food Chain School in Phuket on your own or with our driver. Available every day at 11:00am. Classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 10 person classes. Our most popular class includes a tour of the local market where you will learn about the ingredients and see a different side of Thai culture. After that cook 5 dishes of your choice during the hands-on Thai cooking workshop. • 10:00am – 10:30am Pickup service in Patong area. • 11:00am Welcome drink • 11:05am Introduction to the basic Thai sauces • 11:30am Cooking class and Market tour • 03:00pm Enjoyed our meal together • 04:00pm End of course
