1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd ("Pelago") and is valid for bookings made from 1 February 2026 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 December 2026 (23:59 Singapore time) ("Promotion Period").

2. During this Promotion Period:

   1. All KrisFlyer members are eligible to redeem a complimentary 1GB eSIM for 3 days;

   2. KrisFlyer members with a forward Singapore Airline or Scoot flight bookings are eligible to redeem a complimentary 2GB eSIM for 3 days;

   3. All purchases can made on the Pelago App or Pelago.com by entering the promo code during checkout prior to payment.

3. This promotion is applicable solely on the following eSIM product: KrisFlyer Exclusive: Global Roaming eSIM for 118 countries by Pelago.

4. The promo code is valid up to five uses per customer.

Terms and Conditions for eSIM Top-Up Offer

1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd ("Pelago") and is valid for bookings made from 22 June 2026 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 December 2026 (23:59 Singapore time) ("Promotion Period").

2. During this Promotion Period, all KrisFlyer members are eligible for 10% off (capped at SGD 3) on any eSIM top-ups, subject to the following restrictions:

   1. Log in with KrisFlyer account on Pelago is required;

   2. Valid for one use per user;

   3. The promotion is applicable solely on eSIM products by Pelago

• Pelago and Frewie reserve the right to revoke the complimentary eSIM if any misuse or behaviour is found to contravene the Terms & Conditions.

• This promotion cannot be applied with any other existing Pelago promotions, offers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
