Welcome to White isle Hotel and Cooking class! Our Kitchen offers great authentic Sri Lankan & western cuisine. Our cooking class will teach traditional, authentic home cooked Sri Lankan dishes with homemade spices with a beautiful garden view. We begin at the restaurant and ask you which curry you would like to learn to cook. Then we take a trip to the markets to select your spices and fresh produce, followed by a trip to the fish markets.
