- Pick-Up Information -
- When collecting your SIM card, please remember to present your voucher.
- Ensure you have your passport or photo ID with you.
- You can pick up your SIM card at the XL Axiata Booth located in the International Arrival Hall of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
- Activation Process -
- Please note: due to the Indonesian Government’s policy, you need to submit personal data (IMEI and passport details) in advance as a requirement to activate the SIM Card. Not providing data in advance, may cause an activation process of 10 minutes on-site
- To expedite and streamline the registration process (taking approximately 5 minutes), please submit your phone's IMEI, passport photo, and phone type at least 1 day prior to your chosen date. You can submit these details via Google Form after making a purchase on KKday.
