One day that is all for you! We will spend a beautiful day together in a paradise spot starting with a Welcome Circle which will included introductions, a guided meditation and we will have a little intention setting ritual. From there we will flow in to a gentle Hatha Yoga class which will include a lovely long self-love meditation. The class will be outside on a beautiful deck with an incredible view and just the sounds of the ocean, the birds and the feel of the gentle breeze -heaven! After this we will enjoy some lovely tropical fruits which will be provided for you. From here we will flow to the next part which will be where you will learn how to give a basic water massage (in the incredible pool there).I will guide you through this, starting on land in the lovely gardens and then moving to the pool :) We will then break for lunch and enjoy a delicious vegan lunch made with fresh local ingredients. After you´ve had a chance to rest and enjoy the pool we will move on to our art session,again on the terrace,where you will learn how to create a meditation mandala. We will finish with a sharing circle + then you can stay and watch the incredible sunset thereif you wish :)
