Mexicans have a discount on the Chichen Itza tax upon presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification.
The Chichen Itza tax and the life vest and locker rental can only be paid by cash, and in Mexican pesos.
Please bear in mind that the tour involves a lot of movement and walking, which is why it is not accessible for wheelchair users.
