• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your spa reservation time, it will be processed as a NO SHOW and your reservation will be cancelled. We recommend that you arrive earlier than your reservation time. (100% no changes or refunds).
  
• Requests for single rooms (1 person) and couple rooms (2 people) are possible but not guaranteed.
  
• Showering is not allowed after Thai massage, and only showering is allowed after oil massage.
  
• When making a reservation, please be sure to enter your English name as it appears on your passport (must match), passport number, date of birth, and phone number.
• Unlike Korea, Thailand has a well-developed tipping culture. When receiving a massage, it is common to give a courtesy tip of around 100 baht, but please note that this spa requires a mandatory tip of 100 baht.
  

[Children's Policy]

• If you are accompanied by children, they may wait in the lobby, but they must not make loud noises.
• If your child wants a massage, we can provide a foot massage or aroma massage. (For children 5 years and older only)
• Infants (4 years old and younger) can enter the massage room with you and lie down next to you.
