We went to the Palace and waited for the tour guide but no one there. Contacted the number and was told they no longer offered guided tour and can only offered me entry tickets instead or refund.
This is an open-dated ticket, but I highly recommend arriving early and setting aside plenty of time to explore the palace, as it is massive. It took us about three hours to see everything, including time for photos. The views are amazing and the history is incredibly rich. Heads up: Kids under 6 are free, but they still need a QR code for entry. Pelago doesn’t provide this, so you’ll have to line up at the ticket counter to get one. Since the lines for security and ticketing can be quite long, definitely plan ahead. We didn’t see any guides available when we went in, so I'm not sure how the guided tour works.
