Very convenient and hassle-free! I purchased the Hong Kong Tourist Octopus Card with HK$50 credit and picked it up at Hong Kong Airport. The collection process was quick and straightforward, and the card was ready to use immediately. It was extremely useful throughout the trip for MTR rides, buses, and making payments at various shops and convenience stores. Having the card ready upon arrival saved us the trouble of buying tickets or figuring out payment options after landing. Definitely a convenient option for tourists visiting Hong Kong, especially if you plan to use public transport frequently. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. We picked up our pass at the designated counter (waiting area). Our counter was towards the left of the train station. Asked the staff member and after checking the voucher, cards received (all up no more than 5mins).
Exactly as described - easy pick up - convenient to pay and use in HK
Picked it up at the arrivals hall, after baggage claim. Very fast and convenient, just scanned the voucher QR code and got the card immediately. The card can be refunded at the end of the trip at any MTR service centre. Octopus card can be used for payment in many shops, not just for transport, so it is very convenient.
Quick and fast to collect. Easy to use. You definitely need Octopus card to pay and get around in HK. If using Android phone, best to have physical.
Definitely value for money and you can top up on this card and use everywhere including disneyland where they does not accept cash. Plus you get wifi 80gb not having to worry about bursting the limit. Easy to use and with no worries!
