• Each person can carry one piece of luggage for free. Additional pieces are 2,000 JPY per piece, regardless of size (please inform us in advance when booking, otherwise a fee will be charged on-site).

  
  

• Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat and are held by an adult are free of charge; children aged 3 and above are charged as adults.

  
  

• If a child under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat is not reserved in advance, resulting in insufficient seats, boarding will be refused and no refund will be provided.

  
  

• The tour guide will not contact travelers in advance. On the day of the tour, travelers must go to the meeting point on their own and report to the guide or staff wearing a 'yellow vest or holding a GOGODAY flag'. Please cooperate and follow the guide's arrangements.
