[Tour Guide]

• After your purchase is confirmed, a guide will individually call you via KakaoTalk.
• This product is operated by a Korean guide and a local licensed guide, so we can respond quickly in case of any accidents.
  
• Although traveler's liability insurance applies under local laws, it is not as comprehensive as Korean insurance, so we recommend that you purchase travel insurance in Korea.
• If the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not met, the tour may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
  
• I recommend wearing long clothes.
• We recommend that you spray a small amount of mosquito repellent before boarding the boat. (There are almost no mosquitoes in the mangrove jungle.)
• Due to the nature of the tropical jungle, sudden showers can occur, so it is recommended to bring a raincoat.
• In the event that the schedule cannot proceed due to safety reasons due to sudden weather deterioration, refunds are not possible. In this case, the schedule may be changed to an alternative schedule upon consultation.
  
• The tour course or content may change slightly due to local circumstances (bad weather, visiting companies or facility conditions). (For example, Blue Mosque may be closed to outsiders on certain days or when visiting by high-ranking officials.)
• Admission to the Bajau Exhibition Hall may be restricted depending on village circumstances.
  
• There are cases where you can join local fishermen on the river and trade tiger shrimp or crabs on the spot. (This is not related to this tour, and you can purchase them at your own discretion.) In this case, you can have the tiger shrimp you purchased steamed at a restaurant on the pier by paying a certain amount of money.
  
• Infants under 2 years old are free of charge, but must be accompanied by a parent, and all safety of the infant must be ensured under parental supervision.

• For resorts outside the city, pick-up may not be possible depending on the bus schedule. If pick-up is not possible, you will be notified immediately when making a reservation.
  
• 2~5 people - 7-seater van, 6~10 people - 12-seater van, 11 or more people - 25-seater bus, and all tour vehicles are officially licensed by Tourism Malaysia.
• Luggage is usually stored in the vehicle and then the schedule is carried out.
  
• The number of luggage that can be stored during the tour is 1 carrier per person. If you tell us in advance when you receive detailed information via KakaoTalk (Happy Call), you can store and move additional luggage for free. (Limited to accommodations within the city center)
• After storing your luggage at the resort, go to the airport to pick it up and drop it off at the airport (if there are no available seats in the vehicle)
• In order to store your luggage, we will proceed with a backup using an additional vehicle (if there are no available seats in the vehicle or if you are staying at an out-of-town hotel). We will provide guidance on how to store your luggage the day before the tour.
• If you store and move luggage exceeding the standard, you can store the excess luggage for free if there are available seats in the vehicle on the day. However, if you need an additional backup vehicle, additional costs may apply.
• Child seats are not provided.
