We'll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We'll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook.
