- Digital special tickets cannot be used in combination with other passenger tickets or IC card tickets. Fare adjustment machines cannot be used either.
- Please use QR code-compatible ticket gates when using this pass.
- If you wish to request a refund, please contact your point of purchase, such as the travel agency.
- Railway operators (service providers) may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services available via the digital special ticket due to disasters or other reasons without prior notice to customers.
- Even after use has started, if the railway operator (service provider) deems it necessary, refunds or other actions regarding the digital special ticket through this ticket service may be processed.
- If purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction, running out of battery, etc., the pass cannot be used. In this case, the regular passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.
- This ticket treats the period from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM of the following day as one day. Be sure to press the "Start Using" button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. If you start using it between 0:00 AM and 2:59 AM, it will not be usable after 3:00 AM.
- Handling is subject to the passenger transport conditions and other regulations.

[Kobe Port Tower]
- The latest time you can pass through the 2nd-floor admission gate is 22:30. However, the building closes at 23:00, so please leave the premises by then.

Voucher Validity Period:

[ Hankyu Kyoto Line / Kobe Line 1-Day Pass (FY2026)]: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
*However, if purchased on or after February 1, 2027, the voucher will remain valid until April 30, 2027.
