I contacted Pelago after booking and they linked me up with the transport provider. We then communicated via WhatsApp. All was smooth. Note this is a shared transfer so the driver may have several names to look out for. Journey to the city is about 1 hour so highly recommended to take a transfer in air conditioned vehicle.

After some minor difficulties finding the driver, we had a very smooth transport to the city. As we were the only ones at that time, we were lucky enough to be taken directly to our hotel!
