Additional Stop Policy

• The additional stop must be located within a distance of no more than 5 kilometers from the drop-off point with the maximum duration for a stopover is 15 minutes
• If the stopover point exceeds a distance of 5 kilometers, an additional charge of 10 baht per kilometer will apply
• If the customer needs to use the bathroom during the trip, and it is not listed as an additional stop, there is no extra charge for this service
• Additional stop add-on potion can not allow to pick-up and drop-off at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK) before the destination
• If you purchased additional stop add-on option and found that there is no under 5 kilometers from drop-off point, the driver have a right to refuse your request or collect an extra charge

Additional waiting time: THB 300 per hour

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
