This intimate Scottish Cheese and Gin Cocktail Experience is a fabulous sensory journey where you will be mixing up your very own cocktails while learning all about their history and origin, whilst sampling cheeses from famous local cheesemonger I.J.Mellis. This experience will take place in Pickering’s Gin private room, right above the distillery.

Each cocktail is paired with our stunning selection of Scottish cheeses from local cheesemonger I.J.Mellis, acclaimed in Edinburgh for their choice of the finest farmhouse cheeses matured in their own maturing rooms in Leith.
