Guy was 25min late even though I confirmed multiple times about the pickup details.We were going to the airport.This was a bit stressful even though we made sure we buffered enough time for phuket traffic because I got notified the airport was quite busy from my airline .We didn't expect the driver to be late.Then he showed a different name to ours.It was sorted out and he took us to the airport after all.We didn't miss the flight but we were stressed.
