Usage
Arrive at the ticket booth on The Grand Quay at least 30 minutes before the selected departure time to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass
Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Boats depart on time, so please plan accordingly
Show your boarding pass to the staff aboard the cruise
Your selected timeslot is for the guided sightseeing river cruise
No reservation is required for AURA. Upon check-in at the ticket booth, you'll be provided with your voucher for the AURA Experience. You can visit on any date within the remainder of the calendar year.

Sightseeing river cruise is approximately 1.5 hours
AURA Experience show is 40 minutes and is not guided
No alcohol or food can be brought onboard any ship. Snacks will only be tolerated for families
