Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
While some packages guarantee departure even with a single traveler, the minimum number of participants is generally 6. If this minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled, and you will be notified via email two days before the scheduled departure.
Tour guides will be assigned according to the nationality of the participants. *In the case of multi-national travelers, the tour may be conducted in English.
Please arrive at your boarding location at least 10 minutes prior to departure and wait for the vehicle. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. We do not contact customers individually before departure; instead, we will verify the passenger list at the boarding location before setting off.
After making a reservation, we will send you an email confirming your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer service center.

Children under 36 months old can join the tour for free. However, please note that their participation in certain activities or attractions may be limited, and they cannot occupy a separate seat. No individual seating will be provided. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, please indicate this when making your reservation.
For safety reasons, infants under 36 months are not permitted to ride the rail bike. However, if it is unavoidable to board with an infant, you can do so after filling out a safety pledge at the ticket booth.
For any inquiries, please refer to the platform or the voucher with driver information (sent one day before your tour date) before contacting us.
The type of vehicle used for the tour will vary depending on the number of participants on the tour day. This could range from a mid-sized vehicle (maximum 8 or 10 passengers including the front passenger seat) to a large vehicle (maximum 44 passengers).
If you have a suitcase, wheelchair, or stroller that needs to be loaded into the trunk, please let us know in advance.
Please note that tour attractions are subject to change. The Rail Bike will be operated at either Gimyujeong or Gangchon Rail Bike, depending on the reservation status on the day of your visit.
