Launched in December 2025, Azura Cruise offers a luxurious 6-star journey
through the stunning Lan Ha Bay. Featuring elegant design and world-class
service, the cruise provides premium facilities including a fine-dining
restaurant, infinity pool, open-air bar, spa & sauna, gym, and stylish lounge.
The itinerary takes guests to iconic destinations such as Bright & Dark Cave,
and pristine beaches, with activities like kayaking, swimming, and sunset
relaxation on the sundeck. Azura is not just a cruise, but a complete journey
of relaxation, exploration, and unforgettable experiences.

－Important Information －


  • Pick up time: 07:30 - 08:30 AM (The exact pickup time and location will be provided 1 day before departure. This service is available only for guests who book the package departing from Hanoi.)
  • Pickup & Drop-off point in Hanoi: Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem District.
  • Meet time: 11:30-11:45 AM

  • Meeting Location ( (For guests booking the package departing from Ha Long only): Azura Waiting Lounge No. 38 at Tuan Chau International Marina.


  • Please make your own way to Tuan Chau International Marina and arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in time.

- CHILDREN SURCHARGE (based on year of birth) -

  • 0–4 years old: Free of charge for 1 child per room (2nd child: 50% of adult price) 
  • 5–6 years old: 50% of adult price 
  • 7–10 years old: 75% of adult price 
  • From 11 years old: Charged as adult

- SURCHARGE FOR HOLIDAYS -

Holiday Surcharge: VND 1,100,000 per guest, applied on the following dates:

  • Soft drink: 500.000 VND/case
  • Vietnamese liquor: 400.000 VND/liter
  • Wine: 600.000 VND/bottle
  • Liquor: 750.000 VND/bottle
  • Food surcharge policy: Negotiate with Sales staff before bringing on board
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
All customers are served with standard menus onboard. Kindly inform us if you have any special food preferences, allergies, or dietary requirements at least 3 days before the departure date
Please provide your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date. A valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority
ESSENTIAL PERSONAL BELONGINGS YOU SHOULD NOT FORGET TO BRING: • Valid passport • Camera • Sunglasses, hat, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, sneaker • Any personal medication (if applicable)
Regarding sea kayak or row boat options, for safety reasons, we recommend row boats for guests traveling with children or infants.
The itinerary might be changed without prior notice in case unexpected external factors occur (weather, local authority decision...)
The timing of this itinerary is estimated, and the exact time will be informed before departure time
All activities are included and optional. You can stay on the boat and relax instead of joining outdoor activities.
Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather, high tide levels, and operating conditions. Unused services are not subject to a refund
Wi-Fi connection is available on board but has limited internet connectivity throughout the cruise due to karst limestones and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites
