You'll learn about the biodynamic approach to viticulture and the impact it has on both of flavour of the wine and the land and you'll taste two of these unique wines. Then there will be a stop for a three course lunch at a famous rural restaurant! We'll also enjoy a tour of their beautiful gardens. We'll then head to the village of Cheddar. You'll have time to explore this charming village before taking a tour of a dairy that produces the only cheddar cheese made in Cheddar and taste some wonderful cheeses. Next, a vineyard cultured by the inspiring Ingrid, who has a passion for planet-friendly growing techniques. And, of course, you'll taste her fabulous wine!
