You must exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at the Al San Michele Cafe located in Borgo Santo Spirito, a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica.
This tour is not wheelchair-accessible. Additionally, it is not recommended for children under 7 years, adults over 75 years, pregnant women, or individuals with vertigo, claustrophobia, heart conditions, walking difficulties, or other serious medical issues due to the climb to the Cupola.
The venue has a strict dress code that prohibits clothing revealing the shoulders, back, and knees. To ensure smooth entry, consider bringing a scarf or sweater to cover up or opt for attire that complies with the dress code.
