Itinerary
Start your adventure by departing Darwin and traveling to the Mary River floodplains to join Corroboree Billabong Wetland Cruises. Discover a diverse assortment of Top End bird life as well as fresh and salty apex predators such as crocodiles
Journey on to Kakadu National Park where our home for the next two nights in Jabiru awaits. See a beautiful introduction to the Park's landscape and wildlife at the Bowali Visitor Center
Travel north to Cahills Crossing on the border of Kakadu and Arnhem Land to observe crocodiles lining up along the East Alligator River, where they and the locals hope to catch some barramundi
Visit one of the best-preserved collections of Aboriginal Rock Art in the world at Ubirr Sunset
Stop by Jim Jim or Twin Falls (seasonal access, refer to the itinerary's base), two of Kakadu's most famous and picturesque places, depending on the season. Visit one of these incredible waterfalls located at the end of an exciting 4WD drive
Enjoy picnic lunches, then hike out to the falls and enjoy plenty of time to cool off surrounded by thick monsoon forest
Head back home with a stop at the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Center
Starts bright and early as you visit of the best sunrise spots in the park, the Nawurlandja Lookout before venturing off to explore Anabangbang Billabong
Discover Burrungkuy (Nourlangie) Rock which houses fantastic Aboriginal Rock Art of the Bininj which we view at the Anabangbang Gallery before heading up for incredible views of Kakadu’s Escarpment from Kunwarddewardde Lookout
Another 4WD track awaits as we travel south and enjoy a picnic lunch at the plunge pool of Maguk
After a 2 km walk and lunch, head towards tonight’s accommodation in Pine Creek to relax and enjoy the local hospitality
Visit Edith Falls or Butterfly Gorge depending on the time of year and access conditions
Begin the journey back up towards Darwin along the Stuart Hwy, stopping at Adelaide River
Return to Darwin in time to freshen up and head down to the vibrant Mindil Markets to grab some delicious local food while watching the sunset after an action-packed 4 days in the Kakadu National Park

- The Private Double/Twin Share Ensuite Room fare price is (per person) for Adults or Children. Children aged between 12 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times
- Due to limited storage onboard the vehicles, guests travelling on short breaks/extended trips only carry small overnight bags and hand luggage. Large suitcases and big luggage can be left at your hotel while you are on tour
- Travellers are recommended to bring:
