Cancellation Policy

If Rooty Trip cancels the tour:

• In case of insufficient participants or unfavorable weather (e.g., coastguard restrictions due to rough seas), guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• If guests cancel the tour:
• Cancellation before 10 PM on the day before departure (N-1): Free cancellation, full refund.
• Cancellation after 10 PM on the day before departure (N-1): 100% charge of the tour deposit.

After the tour departs, refund or rescheduling requests will not be accepted.
