• The tour involves kayaking 4 miles and hiking approximately 2 miles on rocky, muddy, and slippery terrain.
• Wear secure, closed-toe shoes suitable for wet and muddy conditions. Flip flops are not allowed.
• Bring plenty of water, swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
