Perfect way to see the Plitvice national park on a well-paced, easy hike! Rastoke was also a charming stopover, we got a coffee to warm us up there much appreciated in the winter. The hike at Plitvice itself was beautiful, with our knowledgeable guide Sasa giving us brief geography lessons, sharing his personal favourite spot, and keeping good time with the small group. Sasa was clearly and genuinely passionate about the nature and environment, and he was also very clear about time keeping expectations - very aligned with our own principles on tour group schedules so we liked that bit in particular. Good hike if you’re in good general health, wear good walking shoes!

Absolutely fantastic I would give 10 stars to Saša our guide from Pathfinder. From the notifications the prior evening regarding meet up time etc…and during the entire tour Saša shared many interesting details along the way while taking extreme care to ensure everyone on tour had the most amazing experience of the lower lakes and upper lakes.. Would highly recommend this tour as it was the best experience . Visiting the lakes is a must for anyone visiting Zagreb, truly the highlight of my stay. I knew the Plitvice lakes were stunning and it truly was beyond any pictures could describe. Thank you Saša/Pathfinder for a great day out..
