We take you on a 2-hour trip to Zythology (from the Greek zythos (ζῦθος), meaning “barley wine”: a fermented barley beverage that is very similar to our small contemporary artisanal mousses). On the menu: historical anecdotes, discovery of the ingredients and the manufacturing process, tasting techniques and of course TASTINGS!!
