• For information on opening hours and closing days, please check the official website (available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Korean) before your visit.
• There is an additional fee for changing dates, and ticket sales for changeable dates will be announced gradually.
• After purchasing the ticket, we cannot accept cancellations due to personal reasons. We may only provide cancellation services in special circumstances such as disasters.
• Reselling tickets is prohibited under the "Illegal Ticket Resale Prohibition Act" and any resale of tickets will be deemed invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
• Depending on the crowd situation on the day, admission restrictions may be implemented.
• Some facilities have usage standards, and some facilities require a signed consent form before use. For height, age, and other conditions, please refer to the facility usage standards on the official website. The standards for some facilities will be announced later.
• Except for smoking areas, smoking is prohibited throughout the park. Please do not smoke while walking in the park.

【SPA JUNGLIA related matters】

• If you have tattoos, please use the tattoo cover-up stickers specified by this facility. If the tattoo is no larger than 8cm x 10cm, you can use the cover-up stickers to hide it and bathe. If you have body paint or stickers, please remove them thoroughly before entering the facility.
• Guests under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent of the same sex who is over 16 years old.
• Please do not wear a swimsuit or towel when bathing.
• Last admission is 1 hour before closing.
• Adults are required to pay a separate bathing tax of 150 yen when using the spa.

【Notes on Park Meal Coupons】

• The targets include all snack bars in the park, excluding the entrance restaurant, Wild Banquet and Tropical Oasis restaurants.
• Includes 2 JPY250 meal coupons (JPY500 in total), each of which can be used to discount JPY250 for a purchase of JPY1,500 or more at various snack shops (1 coupon use only per purchase over JPY1,500).
