Price Policy
For all Batam Fast Ferry routes (Harbourfront Terminal and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal), all passengers regardless of age must purchase a ticket at the same rate. There is no infant discount, no child discount, and no age-based exemption.
- One standard ticket required per passenger, from infants to seniors.
- There is no separate child or infant price — the adult rate applies to all ages.
- A child who is 3 years old at the time of travel (even if turning 4 shortly after) still requires a full standard ticket at the adult rate.
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult at all times.
- Applies to both one-way and return tickets
What to Bring
- Passport/Photo ID valid for international travel.
- Mobile or printed voucher for ticket redemption at the counter.
- Required travel documents/visas. For arrivals into Singapore, submit the SG Arrival Card before travel.

For departure to Batam, I took the wrong passport. Counter was very kind to help me changed my timing to the next available one. On my return journey, I requested for a date change. Counter was once again very kind to assist.
