• All bags will be checked at the venue entry point, please allow time to enter the theatre. Items can be cloaked in the cloakroom for free.
• Biodegradable ponchos will be available to purchase at the event in case of rain (once disposed of, the poncho takes about a year to break down and become a protein of the ecosystem.)
• Only food and beverages purchased on-site can be consumed within the venue.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Performances may be unsuitable for children under eight years of age.

• On your Activity Date, kindly exchange for your tickets from the Sydney Opera House box office one hour prior to the performance start time.
