Exchange of tickets was easy. Also the park is typically not crowded with interesting attractions and rides

We were undecided if we were going to enter the park but it looked so exciting even from outside the park. We quickly made the booking on Pelago and instantly received the e-tickets to enter the park. Unfortunately we could not purchase the free pass/unlimited ride ticket separately from the entrance ticket, hence we had to buy these over the counter.
Good ticket option to go see the illumination during winter. Pelago could use a bit more details on the opening times for those days rather than let people navigate the Hirakata website.
