Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss or theft.

Resale of admission tickets for profit is prohibited. If discovered, you may be denied entry.

・Entry will be refused after the final entry time. Thank you for your understanding.

Except in the case of cancellation due to natural disasters, etc., admission tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Please note that refunds and date changes are not possible after purchasing admission tickets.

・One admission ticket allows entry for up to two children of elementary school age or younger.
