- One ski instructor will guide a maximum of 17–20 students at a time; the final number may vary slightly depending on the season and on-site arrangements.

- Room types are arranged based on actual availability. If you have a preference, you may request it in advance, but it cannot be guaranteed.
- The chairlift pass is for daytime use only. If you need night skiing, please purchase a separate night chairlift pass.

Skiing is a high-intensity sport with certain risks; it is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance before traveling to Korea.
Please keep your personal belongings safe. Travelers are responsible for any lost items.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather and traffic conditions on the day. Actual arrangements are subject to on-site conditions.
If your package includes skiing, please specify whether you choose Skiing or Snowboarding in advance. Changes cannot be made on the day of the trip.
For travelers who need to redeem tickets, please go to the 'Foreigner Service Desk' next to the Challenge House at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort and present your booking voucher. Staff will be on-site to assist you.
Ticket redemption time: 09:30–16:30
Daytime lift pass usage hours: 09:30–17:00
During peak season (e.g., Christmas, New Year, etc.), the ski resort is crowded. If you prefer a more comfortable skiing environment, it is recommended to visit during the off-peak season.
