**Your private transfer begins immediately after booking. You will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with your pickup instructions. Upon arrival, your driver will meet you just outside the arrivals area at Aswan Airport, holding a sign with your name. You will then be guided to your air-conditioned private vehicle based on the option you selected (up to 3, 6, or 8 passengers).**

**The drive to central Aswan hotels normally takes 30–45 minutes. We provide direct drop-off at any hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan city. If your accommodation is on Elephantine Island, we will drop you at the hotel’s private dock or the public ferry area so you can take the complimentary boat service provided by most hotels on the island.**

**For guests staying in the Nubian Village, we will take you to the nearest public dock so you can board your hotel’s boat if offered. If your hotel does not provide boat service, you can request an optional paid boat transfer from us. If the property is accessible by road, we will complete the transfer directly by car.**
