We miss the ride at the appointed time as we were unable to locate the service provider representative. We were at the said location at 11.30am. Unfortunately we were unable to locate meeting point beside the Royal Garden. We noticed others gondola boats company had their offices right at the shore banks with the company name prominently display. For a first time visitor a description of a meeting point beside the Royal Garden is actually making it more difficult for us. Please considered having your service provider provide a location of their office at the shorebanks. We eventually took up a ride with another company. There are many companies providing these ride services with their offices and Gondola at the shore bank. THANK YOU
