Comfortable and very helpful staff
Shuttle bus was on time. Journey was smooth
The arrange was good. The lady Ms Nhi was very helpful. Met a little hicup during return trip. But was solved by Ms Nhi. The online booking was easy and swift.
It was good trip, though Ba Na Hills was mostly fogged in
Great. Bus leave on time only there is only one trip per day. Cannot reschedule to ealier or kater
I waited for almost an hour, but the shuttle bus never came to the pickup spot. Because of this, I had to order a Grab to Ba Na Hills at extra cost.
