※Please press the “Use” button in front of the reception staff upon arrival at Keio Mogusaen Garden. If you mark the ticket as used before staff confirmation, it will become invalid.

A 10-minute walk from Mogusaen Station on the Keio Line, or a 10-minute taxi ride from Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Station or Takahatafudo Station.
※Please note that there is a steep slope between Mogusaen Station and Keio Mogusaen Garden.

Tickets are valid only during the validity period stated on the ticket.
No refunds will be issued after ticket activation, and tickets cannot be reissued in case of loss or theft.

If you do not use the ticket without completing the cancellation procedure, the purchase price will not be refunded.

A: Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email with instructions will be sent to the email address you registered. Please check that the reservation details and voucher are included in the email.
