Together, we will prepare the best Moroccan square pancakes "Msemen". we usually serve these pancakes for breakfast or just to enjoy it with tea or coffee in the late afternoon with a side of butter and honey, with a crispy outside and chewy inside, these pancakes have the perfect texture combination. I will meet you at "cafe France" in the famous big square " Jamaa Lafna" then, we'll take a 05-minute walk through our vibrant neighborhood streets to my home. After introducing ourselves, we will directly go to my cozy kitchen to start making our YUMMY pancakes! And for sure that we can't talk about eating "Msemen" without a delicious minted tea, So once we will finish our baking class you will be invited to my traditional Moroccan living room where I'll introduce you to every step of the ancient real art of Moroccan mint tea making.
