A: Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email with instructions is sent to your registered email address.

Q: Do I need to exchange my ticket?
A: No. There is no need to visit a ticket counter. Simply show the boarding ticket screen to the bus driver.

Q: How do I use the ticket on the day of travel?
A: Arrive at the bus stop before your designated bus’s departure time. Show the boarding ticket screen to the driver when boarding and again when getting off. (You must present the boarding ticket screen twice—once when boarding and once when alighting.)

Q: What happens if I miss the bus?
A: You cannot board any other bus. A missed reservation will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
