・Bringing food and drink from outside the facility is strictly prohibited, except for guests with food allergies or those requiring baby food.
・Children still wearing diapers (including training pants) and elderly individuals wearing diapers are not allowed to use the large baths.
・Women who are menstruating are also not allowed to use the baths.
・Since our large public bath is a shared space intended for many people, we may deny access to the large public bath or locker rooms if we determine that you do not meet the necessary requirements.

・To board, open the usage screen by following the link in the voucher sent to you at the time of purchase on your smartphone. Display the boarding QR code and scan it at the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit the station.

・After pressing the "Assign" button, it may take a few seconds for the ticket URL to be copied (displayed). While the assignment is processing, please wait without scanning the QR code at the ticket gate. Once the assignment is complete, please send the URL to your companion(s). Alternatively, you can press the "Reassign" button, then paste the copied ticket URL into a browser such as Chrome, or save it in a notes app, to open and use the ticket.
