Dress appropriately for the weather
Pre Purchase
Guests under the age of 18 can only receive a bike when accompanied by an adult
E-bike riders must be at least 14 years of age
Usage
Show your smartphone voucher to the staff at the meeting point
All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own (unless on attachments)
Attachments can't be added to e-bikes for safety reasons
