The shuttle was already waiting at the pick-up point when we arrived (slightly ahead of time). Our luggage was quickly loaded by the friendly driver into the separate trailer so we could immediately sit in the air-conditioned mini bus. There were only 2 other customers and us 4 - perhaps due to us leaving on Christmas day. This meant we had plenty of space. The drive to the airport was very quick and pleasant. Thank you very much! Note for other travellers: Atmosphere will inform the hotel of pick-up time a day before the flight, so recommend checking with reception to get the details.
