The SUP/Canoe field will be selected on the day based on wind, tides, and crowd levels to ensure the best experience. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations and may incur cancellation fees. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will contact you by the day before the tour with details regarding the meeting point and time via your registered phone number or email. Please ensure your contact information is reachable within Japan. If you do not receive any communication by 6:00 PM on the day before, please contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi using the method listed on your ticket. Hotel Pick-up If you request hotel pick-up on Iriomote Island, your meeting time may differ from the displayed time. Participation Requirements SUP: Ages 12–59 Canoe: Ages 3–65 Pregnant individuals, children under 3, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, feel free to consult us in advance. For Those Who Are Anxious If you’re worried about your physical fitness or have a fear of the sea or rivers, please contact us in advance. Equipment & Safety Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for water-based activities. If you do not cooperate with wearing the safety gear, you will not be allowed to join. Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times for your safety. Weather Conditions The tour will generally take place even in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one in advance. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Languages Tours are conducted in Japanese or English.
