Itinerary

    The most complete experience in Sorrento: pizza, gnocchi, ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, tiramisù, limoncello, lemon marmalade enjoying a crazy sea view. The class begins with a demonstration of how to make pizza dough: how to measure the ingredients, how to knead the dough and how to shape the pizza. You will then watch as your chef cooks the pizza in a brick oven. After the pizza demonstration, you will learn how to make gnocchi, ravioli and eggplant parmigiana. You will learn how to make the gnocchi dough, how to shape the gnocchi, and how to cook them in a tomato sauce. Finally, you will learn everything about tiramisu: how to make the tiramisu batter, how to assemble the tiramisu, and how to decorate it. Limoncello and lemon marmalade demonstration. After you have finished cooking, you will enjoy a delicious lunch with all of the food you have made. In this cooking class, you will learn how to make five traditional Italian dishes. You will learn from a local chef and you will get to enjoy a delicious lunch with all of the food you have made.
