- Domestic Flights: Gate 15, outside of Domestic Arrival Terminal. Waiting time: 60 minutes.
- Hotel Pickup: Hotel lobby. Waiting time: 30 minutes.
- Please specify your preferred pickup time, including estimated immigration and luggage collection time, to avoid exceeding the grace period.

Instructions were clear and it was easy to find the pickup location as Krabi Airport is relatively small. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and promptly brought us to the carpark to get to the car. Drive was smooth and the car was exceptionally clean. Loved it!
