intense charcoal fire. At 'Suminoe,' we prepare two types of charcoal, using
radiant heat to evaporate excess moisture and create a charred aroma on the
surface, ensuring you enjoy the most delicious grilled fish. Additionally, we
offer an extensive drink menu, featuring not only sake that pairs perfectly
