Before the service, our team reviews your reservation and coordinates the professional driver and vehicle category selected at booking. Luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle, so please inform us in advance of any oversized or additional luggage, mobility requirements, or special comfort or safety needs.

For pickups at Ezeiza International Airport (EZE), we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, we adjust the pickup accordingly.

Once you have collected your luggage, your driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point, assist with your bags, and take you directly to your hotel or accommodation in Buenos Aires in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.

For hotel-to-airport transfers, your driver will meet you at your accommodation at the confirmed pickup time, assist with your luggage, and take you directly to Ezeiza International Airport (EZE).
