Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you—preferably via WhatsApp—to ensure we have all the necessary travel details. If these details were not entered during the booking process, we will kindly ask you to provide the following:

Flight number

Arrival date and time

Number of passengers

Amount of luggage

Each reservation includes space for 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. If you're traveling with additional luggage, an extra fee may apply in order to assign a suitable vehicle.

We also encourage you to inform us of any special requirements, such as:

Wheelchair accessibility

Passengers over 1.90 meters (6'3") who may need extra legroom

Any specific needs related to comfort or safety

On the day of arrival, we track your flight in real time. Whether it arrives early or is delayed, your driver will be waiting at the agreed meeting point. From there, the journey to your destination typically takes 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic and the location within the city.
