• We will accept all bookings if your flight arrival time is between our operating hours' time.
• Free waiting time is 120 minutes from flight landed.
• In case of emergency or you can not find our driver, please kindly to contact us via phone or whatsapp. Bali airport provided free wifi.

- For drop off to Airport:
• We will accept all bookings if your departure time from hotel/ accommodation is between our operating hours' time.
• Our driver will be waiting for you at lobby of your hotel, villa, guest house, etc.
• Free waiting time at your hotel/ acommodation is 15 minutes from your requested time to be pick up.
• In case of emergency or you cant find our driver, please kindly to contact us via phone or whatsapp.
